Culture can also relate to the culture itself, the culture then reflects on the culture. This concerns the entirety of activities with which we reflect on ourselves. People perceive themselves, imagine, conceptualize and analyze themselves. They do this both individually and jointly. This self-reflection (metacognition) forms the basis of our cultural self-awareness. Cultural education teaches students to deal with constant changes that they encounter in their personal life or in society. In order to deal with a variety of situations (in the world, society or personal life) that students do not immediately recognize, it is important that students know how to use the four basic skills and the different media to communicate about their process.
